香辣虾米曲奇Dried Shrimp Cookies

材料(A):
牛油130克Butter130g
蒜茸牛油70克Garlic butter70g
糖粉90克icing sugar90g
盐1/8 茶匙salt1/8 tsp
材料(B):
蛋 (B)1 粒egg(Grade B)1pc
材料(C):
普通面粉450克plain flour450g
发粉1/4 茶匙baking powder1/4 tsp
苏打粉14 茶匙baking soda or bicarbonate of soda1/4 tspParmesan
芝士粉20克parmesan cheese powder20g
咖哩粉10克curry powder10g
虾米碎(无油炒香)50克dried shrimp(chopped.fried in an oilless wok)50g
炸葱头10克deep-fried shallot crisps10g 
做法 Method :
1。材料(A)搅拌至松发,加入材料(B)搅匀,再放入材料(C)混合成团。Cream ingredients (A) until fluffy.Add in ingredients (B) and mix well .Fold in ingredients (C) to form a dough.
2. 将(1)秤每份5克,然后搓成圆形,排在铺了蛋糕纸的烘盘上用叉压出形状,放入预热烘炉。以180℃烘10-12分钟或熟,取出待凉后,收好在不透风罐子。Divide no.(1) into small pieces of five grams each .Round them,and arrange on lined baking trays.Flatten lightly with mallet .Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 10-12 minutes until well baked through.Cool well on wire racks .Transfer cooled cookies into airtight jars.
